Our Research

The Neuroscience Center for Anxiety, Stress, and Trauma (NeuroC.A.S.T) is a cutting edge translational research center at Wayne State University focused on the neurobiology of stressor, trauma, depressive, anxiety, and substance use related disorders. The primary objective of this center is to develop 'bench-to-bedside' clinical research methods to inform therapeutic interventions for fear and anxiety-related disorders and how they relate to human factors such as personality, genetics, and environmental influences.
